DIRECT BOOKING CANCELATION POLICY

• $200 non refundable booking charge.

• If canceled at least 60 days prior to check in, you will be issued a refund of all payments made beyond the $200 booking charge.

• If canceled at least 45 days prior to check in, you will be issued a 25% refund of all payments made beyond the $200 booking charge.

• If canceled less than 45 days prior to check in, no refund will be issued.
